Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has admitted to having had Botox

Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has admitted to having had Botox - but was put off by the experience, claiming it gave her a ‘headache’. But the 36-year-old says while she won’t rule out having the treatment again, she is now trying to come to terms with the ageing process. The singer spurs herself on by keeping a picture of a Hollywood actress well-known for indulging in surgical procedures on her fridge door. In an exclusive interview, she told Red magazine: ‘It’s my anti-Botox warning. ‘I look at people who have dabbled in it and it looks fine and you don’t notice, but with others it changes their character. ‘I’m trying to do without it as an experiment, to allow myself to be a human being. ‘Years ago in America, when Botox was new, I had some squirted into my forehead and it gave me a headache. ‘I’m not saying I’ll never do it again, but for now I strive to look for examples that show me it’s OK to age. ‘I have to go in front of that camera now as a 36-year-old woman and be as confident as I can. I know other women can relate to that. ‘We all face it. For me, it’s heightened, because my weight and my body and the way I look have been closely documented throughout my career. Believe me, I’ve had my moments. 'I have days of self-doubt, but I think the kindest thing I can do to myself is accept where my body is at. I’m done with trying to be perfect. A perfect body belongs to somebody else – and it’s not me.’ Geri, who is a single mother to two-year-old Bluebell Madonna, has reinvented herself as a best-selling author of children’s books. She signed a six-book deal with Macmillan two years ago and, in 2008, was named ‘the most successful celebrity children’s author of the year’. The Adventures of Ugenia Lavender, aimed at seven-to-11-year-olds, has sold 250,000 copies in the last six months. But it wasn’t an easy ride for the girl-power icon. She said: ‘After I released my third album [in 2005], I hit a lull and I was a bit down,’ she says. ‘I was at a gap in my life, and felt like things had run slightly dry.’ Deciding to write ‘aspirational, but still naughty’ books, Geri came up against a wall of rejection at first. She said: ‘When I first took it to an agent, they put it in the bottom of a drawer. They said to me, “Children’s books don’t work.” ‘I’m always coming up against scepticism in my life,’ she says. ‘If I listened to it, I wouldn’t do anything in case it was going to be wrong. I do get scared, but I think – like it says in another book I’ve read – feel the fear and do it anyway. I try to have courage, pray a little bit and work through it. I’d rather try, even if I fail.’ And her dedication has paid off as she is now in talks with animation companies about bringing Ugenia’s adventures to the small screen. In her new guise as an author, Geri says she doesn’t want to do music any more. What’s more, the career change allows her to spend time with Bluebell at home. She said: ‘I wanted to write, because it meant I wouldn’t be at work all the time. ‘I could work in the house and still spend plenty of time with my child.’ Of her former pop fame, she says: ‘Everybody has their moment and their time. ‘Let somebody else have a crack at it. There are younger people around now. I didn’t want to have to stay young in order to sell records. And I didn’t want to have to rely on my looks. ‘I don’t want to say never, though. ‘Who knows? I could do a record when I’m 60.’ So for now Geri is happy pottering around her North London mansion, writing her books and playing with Bluebell. Whether it is ageing or motherhood which has mellowed her, she definitely seems calmer than the fiery redhead who first burst onto the stage in 1996. There’s no entourage and there’s no nanny for Bluebell, who Geri breastfed for five months. She laughs: ‘It was a long time. Let it go! And it’s such a fib that it makes you thinner. ‘That’s a lie told by the milk mafia. I was extra-hungry. I was not dropping the baby weight. And it was about mother’s guilt, too. A big slice of that. ‘As soon as you have a child, you get guilty. I’m always thinking, “Is that good enough? Am I doing it right?”’ She says she would like more children and has considered adoption, but admits single motherhood was not part of her plan. She said: ‘I don’t think it’s the ideal scenario. It’s quite tough. ‘I hate it when I don’t see Bluebell. It’s like I’m addicted to her. ‘There is a part of me that is quite child-like. I love the innocence, the creativity. ‘That gets so lost in the cynical world we live in. ‘We all have talents and we should use them. It’s nice to be able to contribute to the world. I’m a natural communicator, a storyteller. 'And when I let go of what other people think of me – that is the most liberating thing. To let go and not give a monkey’s.’

New Jersey singer-songwriter Patti Scialfa best known as a backing vocalist

New Jersey singer-songwriter Patti Scialfa was best known as a backing vocalist for her husband Bruce Springsteen's E-Street Band, until she started releasing her own albums. Scialfa began her musical career after she graduated from NYU. She took to busking in Sheridan Square in the center of Greenwich Village. She began playing on the BIg Appple's club scene in the early 1980s and to sing back up for rock acts on tour and in the studio including David Johansen, the Rolling Stones and Southside Johnny and thre Asbury Jukes. Before joining the E-Street Band for 1984's Born In the USA tour, she signed a recording contract with Columbia Records as a solo artist based on the strength of her demos. However, because of a tumultuous touring aschedule based on the runaway success of Born In The USA, her marriage to Springsteen in 1988, and the family they began immediately after, her debut album Rumbledoll, did not appear until 1993. Domestic life, songwriting, and the 1999 reunion of the E-Street Band all conspired to delay her solo career. 23rd Street Lullaby, her excellent sophomore effort, was issued in June of 2004. ~ Thom Jurek, All Music Guide.

Demi Moore's millions of Tweets have finally saved a human life.

After a short furlough, Monday Morning Good News is back, brimming with happy and clenched tightly in the jaws of the Joy Kitten, the purring spirit of goodwill, and attacking plastic shopping bags:

As the law of probabilities would dictate, Demi Moore's millions of Tweets have finally saved a human life.

An online chain of posts involving the Twitter empress prompted California police to go to the aid of a woman who was having suicidal thoughts, the Associated Press reports.

San Jose Sgt. Ronnie Lopez says the department received a phone call early Friday morning from a person in Dallas who was tipped off to a supposed suicide attempt through the social-networking site.

Moore, a popular celebrity Twitterer, was involved in a discussion on the site that began when a user sent the actress what appeared to be suicidal notes.

Lopez says officers made immediate contact with a 48-year-old female resident of San Jose and transferred her to a local hospital for "psychiatric evaluation."

He says there were no injuries.

Dancer and Choreographer Alex Da Silva Arrested in Sexual Assault Cases

Alex Da Silva, a dancer, choreographer and teacher who has appeared on the Fox television show “So You Think You Can Dance,” was arrested in Hollywood on Saturday on suspicion of sexually assaulting four dance students, The Associated Press reported. Mr. Da Silva, 41, is being held on $3.8 million bail. He is expected to appear in court on Tuesday. Detective John Eum of the Los Angeles Police Department told reporters that Mr. Da Silva had been accused in 2003, 2004 and 2005 of sexually assaulting three women, but that prosecutors had not filed charges. On March 28, another woman accused him of luring her into his home and raping her. The recent accusation led police to reopen the earlier cases and interview those accusers again.

First look at Amy Poehler's 'Parks and Recreation', a new comedy

Here are a few clips from Amy Poehler's new NBC comedy, "Parks and Recreation," which debuts Thursday. The final clip is of Poehler talking about the show.

I'll have a full review of the show in a couple of days. The kindest thing to say about it is that it's a work in progress. I think what you'll be seeing in a lot of reviews this week is the following sentiment: "The Office" took a while to find itself and "30 Rock" was far from a home run in its early going, and that may be the case with this show, which was created by "Office" writer/producers Greg Daniels and Michael Schur.

That's a diplomatic way of saying that the pilot for "Parks and Recreation" is not terrific. But I'd guess that a lot of people who write about TV will try to be diplomatic in their reviews of the show, because Poehler is unquestionably a very funny person, as evidenced by her career at "Saturday Night Live."

Whether "Parks and Recreation" will be a suitable and appealing use of her talents remains to be seen. But you can get an idea of what the show's like for yourself from the clips below.

Poehler's character, Leslie Knope, talks with Tom Haverford (Aziz Ansari).

US actress Farrah Fawcett, Cancer for almost three years, Admitted to a Los Angeles hospital

US actress Farrah Fawcett, who has been battling cancer for almost three years, has been admitted to a Los Angeles hospital, according to reports.

The 62-year-old Charlie's Angels star has been in an unidentified hospital since Thursday, People magazine said.

A spokesman for the actress has not yet commented on her condition.

Diagnosed with anal cancer in September 2006, Fawcett declared herself cancer-free four months later, only to have the disease return in May 2007.

She shared her experiences of battling the disease with footage she released to the media in 2008.

Her big TV break came in 1976 when producer Aaron Spelling cast her in Charlie's Angels as one of the crime-fighting heroines.

Separately, Los Angeles police say the star's 24-year-old son with actor Ryan O'Neal has been arrested on a drug charge just months after he and his father were charged with drug possession.

Redmond O'Neal was arrested on suspicion of bringing drugs into a jail and is currently being held on $25,000 (£17,000) bail.

He was previously arrested in September and charged with possession of methamphetamine while on probation for a previous drug conviction.

The big news of the night, Carrie Underwood winning Entertainer of the Year award

There was plenty of contentious competition at Sunday night's Academy of County Music Awards. Underwood vs. Chesney. Sugarland vs. Brooks & Dunn. "Fearless" vs. "Troubadour."

But for Chicago this show, which aired on CBS, made history. Because for the first time in its 44 years, the Academy honored an Illinois venue, Joe's Bar, as Nightclub of the Year.

The big news of the night was Carrie Underwood winning Entertainer of the Year award, undoing Kenny Chesney's four-year streak and breaking the virtual glass ceiling that has been in place since the Dixie Chicks won in 2000.

The rest of the awards came from a non-stop parade of celebrities, with Reba McEntire at the helm of the show at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Although George Strait, Keith Urban and Brad Paisley were vying for the Entertainer of the Year, the race really came down to Underwood and Chesney. This award is determined by a fan vote, instead of Academy members. And depending on whom you ask, that either makes the award more revered or completely worthless. Last year's winner Chesney criticized the Academy, saying that they changed the category "into a sweepstakes to see who can push people's buttons the hardest on the Internet."

Other winners included Sugarland for Top Vocal Duo, Julianne Hough for Top New Artist and Album of the Year winner Taylor Swift, for "Fearless." The award-performance-award-performance cadence of the three-hour show gave 20 artists a chance to shine for a national audience. Miley Cyrus on "The Climb," and Rascal Flatts on "Here Comes Goodbye" were among the show's standouts.

Another high point was Blake Shelton's "She Wouldn't Be Gone." He was a last-minute add after Tim McGraw pulled out of the show due to a disagreement with the show's producers, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Ed Warm and Tom DiSanto, co-owners of Joe's (on Weed Street) since 1997, were in Las Vegas on Sunday night to accept their statuette. The prestige of this award hasn't affected Warm's modesty about his club.

"I don't think Joe's had anything over the other nominees," he said. "What Joe's has is enthusiastic, music-loving fans who feed a lot of energy to the artists."

Among the artists who have performed at Joe's are Keith Urban, Miranda Lambert, Rascal Flatts, Lee Ann Womack, Jamey Johnson, Dierks Bentley and Jake Owen.

Miley Cyrus, Hannah Montana hit the big screen

Elvis. James Dean. Madonna. The Beatles. Miley Cyrus.

They all have one thing in common. They were or are the teen idols of their generation.

Today's teen idols are getting younger and younger, closing the age gap between them and their adolescent fans. Meanwhile, increased technology is fueling society's fascination with the rich and famous. The latest pictures, news, gossip -- good and bad -- are all available within moments thanks to Google.

Since teen idols appear larger than life, and adolescents look to them for guidance on how to be popular and successful, it can be hard on kids and parents when celebrity role models fall from public grace. Whether it be appearing nude, underage drinking or having public arguments with a lover, questions are raised. And how they're handled, can make a difference.

Miley Cyrus, 16, sold out 70 concert venues last year, some within moments of tickets going on sale. She recently released her third top-selling album, "Breakout," which came less than two years after her debut as Hannah Montana on the Disney channel's hit show.

Further, over 13,000 people showed up in New York City to hear Miley perform a four-song set for "The Today Show." The event went down in history as the first time 48th Street had to be closed to accommodate a concert.

So, it's a bit of an understatement to say pre-teens and teens are enthusiastic about "Hannah Montana: The Movie" hitting the big screen on April 10. Promotional

trailers are already running on television.

Denise Schuchat of New Fairfield has three daughters -- Anna, 9, Maria, 6, and Adrienne, 4 -- who are all very excited about the upcoming premiere.

"Hannah Montana is everywhere, you can't even go to the toy store and not be attracted to her things," Schuchat said. "Not a day goes by that I don't hear her or the kids singing (her songs) in our house."

"I think the initial attraction is probably that she is beautiful and funny and she has a good voice; they like her music," she said.

The movie is about the struggle Miley Stewart, played by Miley Cyrus, goes through while attempting to juggle school, friends and her secret pop-star persona Hannah Montana, once Hannah Montana's popularity begins to soar.

In the movie, Miley has to choose between which of her two identities she wants to maintain.

"I do like the fact that (Miley) has two different lives (on the show)," said Anna Schuchat. "I think she should stay with what she is right now."

But if she had to choose, "she should be Miley and perform as Miley."

Anna said she wants to be an actress when she grows up because she really likes Miley, as well as Selina Gomez from the Disney channel show "Wizards of Waverly Place."

In the movie, Miley's father, played by her real father, takes her back to their family's roots in Crowley Corners, Tenn. While the movie is fiction, there are clear parallels drawn to Miley's real life. Filming not only takes place in her real-life hometown of Nashville, but some scenes are shot on the family's farm, where Miley lived until she was 13. Publicists say this played a duel role in allowing Miley to be back home, after experiencing her fast ascent to fame.

"I think she is an average kid right now, I think she's got a good solid family background; I'm sure she's enjoying herself right now, with the music and movies," Schuchat said.

She said she believes Miley is a good role model, despite the 2008 photo spread of her in Vanity Fair (taken by Annie Leibovitz), where she appeared to be naked under a sheet. (She wasn't.)

"Everybody makes mistakes, and I don't think shes turned a bad corner because of it -- I think she's a good person," Schuchat said. "I do think her coming out and speaking about it and apologizing (was) respectful."

Schuchat said while her 6- and 4-year-olds tend to be oblivious to celebrity gossip, Anna, her 9-year-old, does pick up tidbits in the newspaper and on TV.

Some professionals advise parents not to ignore the bad things teen idols do, but rather to use their negative publicity as points to teach children right from wrong. Chances are with today's technology, kids will find out the news sooner or later, and it's important to take steps and talk to them about what's going on, so they don't become desensitized to bad behavior.

One important thing to remind adolescents is that actors are different people on and off screen. They get paid to pretend to be someone they're not. It's OK for children to emulate someone on TV, as long as they realize that person is a fictitious character.

Phyllis Tranzillo, a guidance counselor at Broadview Middle School in Danbury, who has worked in Danbury schools for the last 40 years, said younger kids are more vulnerable to influence by pop culture stars. Sometimes that influence involves fashion.

Danbury's public schools have a general code of appropriate clothing, which officials say is often tested and pushed by adolescents and teens. There is a fine line between freedom of expression and school rules, one official said. The problem is that students' attitudes often noticeably change with their clothing.

"I absolutely have noticed the (change in the) way kids dress, with plunging necklines ... it's almost a losing battle; if you get past a certain number of people dressing like that it's hard to control," Tranzillo said. "For the past few years, since Britney Spears really, that changed the way young girls dressed, and it became a problem for us (at school)."

But she wonders if the trend goes in the other direction, too.

Many younger celebrities, including the Jonas Brothers and Miley, have publicly committed to abstain from sex until marriage.

"I found that interesting because (Miley's) actions and her dress say something else, the way she dances (is suggestive)," Tranzillo said, although a lot of dancing is provocative these days.

For now, Schuchat is happy with Miley Cyrus as her girls' current idol, saying she's better than many of the alternatives. She feels Disney channel actresses tend to have a more kid-friendly image over those on some other stations.

"The shows that they're watching on Disney are more wholesome and pure," she said, adding her girls are too young for shows focused on teen romance.

Madonna left Malawi on a private aircraft on Sunday

LILONGWE (Reuters) - Madonna left Malawi on a private aircraft on Sunday after failing to adopt a second child from the African country, airport officials said.

Security forces blocked the road leading to the airport after Madonna's convoy arrived, preventing reporters from speaking to her or filming.

Madonna, who was seeking an interim adoption, appealed against a High Court decision refusing her bid to adopt a four-year-old girl named Mercy James.

Her lawyer, Alan Chinula, said she does not have to appear before the Supreme Court for the appeal.

Malawian rights groups, who accused the government of skirting residency laws when Madonna adopted David Banda in 2006, also opposed the latest adoption attempt.

They say celebrities should not be allowed to fly in and adopt children at will.

Malawi's government had supported Madonna's attempt to adopt Mercy, saying she was a worthy mother.

An AIDS epidemic in the impoverished southern African country has orphaned more than one million children and Madonna has set up a charity for Malawian children.

Cheryl Hines Plays ‘Good Cop`

After discovering the idea of good cop versus bad cop, children are often savvy enough to play one parent against the other. For 5-year-old Catherine Rose, her job has been simplified — there is no bad cop! “I’m pretty much the good cop,” says Cheryl Hines, before admitting that her husband Paul Young shares the same role. Laughing that her little girl is “clearly very spoiled,” the actress explains she is looking to keep Catherine happy, which means wiping away her tears when she cries. “I coddle! Are you kidding me? I cry with her!” she tells Cookie magazine. “I’m the worst. I’m not the strictest mom in the world, but you only live once, right?”

Although Cheryl may be keen on keeping Catherine content, when it comes to bedtime, the 43-year-old mom is determined to keep her little girl on a schedule. With nights spent laying down as a family of three reading books together before their daughter falls asleep, the In the Motherhood actress often finds her bedtime routines being questioned! “I come home and it’s like 10 o’clock and Paul and Catherine are watching TV on the couch together,” she shares. “It’s not the end of the world, but I think we probably disagree on that a little bit.” Apparently Paul isn’t the only one causing a stir in the great bedtime debate — Catherine is always up for the challenge as well!

“It’s funny when she tries to manipulate me. When it’s time to go to bed, she’ll bargain with me. She’ll tell me she will go to bed if I let her watch her favorite movie. Things like that, where it’s like, ‘Well, that’s not really a negotiation.’”

After welcoming Catherine when she was 39-years-old, Cheryl has no regrets about entering into the realm of parenthood as a “late mom-bloomer,” explaining that she was able to do it all before dedicating herself to her child. Hopefully, her long list of accomplishments included a great deal of sleep! “[Catherine] sleeps with us a lot,” she says. “I worry that I’m cutting off her circulation or that somehow I’ve gotten her tangled in the blanket.”

Patricia Clarkson revels in title as indie-film royalty

LAS VEGAS (AP) — Patricia Clarkson has a regal bearing to match the aristocratic nickname she has gained in the movie business: queen of independent film.

"People have given me that title, have bestowed that title on me. I'm honored," Clarkson said in an interview Thursday before accepting an independent acting award from ShoWest, an annual convention for theater owners. "The independent film community is a powerful community, and if somebody wants to say I'm queen of it, I'm lucky. Very lucky."

Clarkson's latest film is "Whatever Works," her second straight movie with Woody Allen after last year's "Vicky Cristina Barcelona." Screening Thursday at ShoWest, "Whatever Works" stars Larry David as a New Yorker whose change in lifestyle throws him in with a Southern family, including Clarkson.

Late this year, Clarkson, 49, has the lead in the independent romance "Cairo Time," playing a woman in a brief encounter with an Egyptian man (Alexander Siddig). She also co-stars in "Shutter Island," the latest collaboration between Martin Scorsese and Leonardo DiCaprio, though Clarkson is coy about her role.

"I can't really tell you a lot about my character because it's kind of a surprise," Clarkson said. "Leonardo DiCaprio encounters me in the film in a cave. I'm the lady in the cave."

An Academy Award nominee for 2003's "Pieces of April," Clarkson has appeared in such independent pictures as "The Station Agent," "Lars and the Real Girl," "High Art," "All the Real Girls" and "Far From Heaven." Clarkson won two Emmys for a recurring role on "Six Feet Under."

While independent films have been Clarkson's bread and butter for years, she said recent turmoil in indie cinema may not be a bad thing in the long run. Some big studios have closed their independent banners and financing has tightened for smaller productions, which have had a tougher time making inroads at the box office.

"Making an independent film should always be hard. That's the whole point," Clarkson said. "The problem is there's been too much product, and the industry can't support it. There are not enough theaters, there are not enough distributors, there's not enough money. The playing field is leveling.

"When I did `High Art' back in 1997, I knew like two other people who were doing an independent film. Now everybody does. It was a rare event to get an independent film made, and I'm not saying we want to go completely back to those days, but we have to find the happy medium."

Paris Hilton- I'm really in love and really happy.

At last night's I Heart Ronson for JCPenney party, Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt couldn't stop talking about their love for each other.

"We're best friends," Paris told me. "It's not like we just met. We've known each other over the past year. I was in a relationship before and we reconnected. I'm really in love and really happy."

As for the rumors that the two are engaged, it hasn't happened yet, but it seems to be in the future for the two. "You never know," Doug said. "He's going to be my husband," Paris giggled.

Another project the couple has been working on?

Currently shooting the second season of her My New BFF show, the heiress dished on why it didn't work out with season one's winner Brittany Flickinger.

"It's really hard because I loved her and I trusted her, but sometimes people get too caught up and they change. I want a best friend who wants to be friends with me because I'm a good person and a good friend, not for any other reason. I've been fooled by so many girls. It's good having my boyfriend on set and watching. He comes up with funny ideas and production loves him."

Just don't expect to see Paris popping up in The Hills, Doug starred on."We've moved on from that," he said.

At Charlotte Ronson's fashion fete last night, Mark Ronson performed while Samatha Ronson deejayed. While Lindsay Lohan was nowhere in sight, Nicole Richie, Kim Kardashian and Jeremy Piven all came out to party.

A star bearing George Harrison's name will be added to the famous......

LOS ANGELES (AFP) — Hollywood's glittering Walk of Fame is to get a new star with late Beatle George Harrison being added posthumously to the famous walkway.

A star bearing Harrison's name will be added to the famous sidewalk in a ceremony on April 14 to be attended by his widow, Olivia, and son, Dhani, organizers said.

Guitarist Harrison, who died of cancer in 2001 at the age of 58, was a schoolfriend of Paul McCartney and at 16 helped found The Quarrymen, which later became The Beatles.

He wrote many of the Fab Four's top hits including "Here Comes The Sun," "Something," and "While My Guitar Gently Weeps."

After the group split up in 1970, Harrison pursued a solo career and had a global hit with the song "My Sweet Lord."

Oscar-winning director Martin Scorsese is currently filming a documentary about Harrison's life, and Capitol/EMI will announce plans for a new Harrison music release on April 14.

Heidi Montag Staging $200K Breakup

With all the speculation circulating after The Hills Season 5 trailer seems to hit at Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt splitting up, the gruesome twosome decided to call Ryan Seacrest's radio show on Friday to set the record straight.

Well, by setting the record straight, what we really mean is giving vague, vomit inducing, self-promoting answers. We're talking about Speidi here.

"Rumors, rumors," said the smarmy celeb gossip Svengali known as Spencer Pratt. "Breaking up? I could never do without the love of my life."

As for reports that they're planning a public "break up" via a four-part magazine story netting them $200,000 - a la their staged their Cabo "wedding"?

"Wow, can you get that deal for us?" asked Heidi. "That would be great."

"So you are breaking up," responded Ryan Seacrest.

"No," insisted Heidi Montag, before dropping a little Hills spolier-plug: "I mean, you'll have to tune in Monday to see we are having some difficulties."

he plastic pair's so-called "difficulties" this season apparently stem from him hitting on a bartender and, according to Heidi Montag (as if she isn't 100 percent aware of it), "God only knows what else he's been doing."

"So did you hook up with the bartender?" asked Ryan.

"You'll have to tune in on Monday night," replied Spencer Pratt, to which Ryan Seacrest could old offer up a short, simple reply that sums up our feelings toward this article, as well as toward Speidi as a whole these days:

"That answer bores me."

Gossip Girl Lily Allen

It's time for our weekly recap of the recap! This week, making a thing of it, Daily Intel's Commenter from back-in-the-day, Comfortably Smug, rounds up the best of the comments from this week's reality index. If you're a regular commenter and you'd like this unpaid honor, email us at intel@nymag.com

The absence of secret societies, legal wrangling over Bass Industries, and other distractions in last week's episode of Gossip Girl elevated our hopes for a late-season return to form. There were the breakups, hook-ups, make-ups, and ragers that had initially formed the foundation of the Gossip Girl we fell in love with so long ago. Nate with B, Serena gone wild, and Chuck getting his allotment of cardio exercise gave us exactly what we needed to keep breath bated while we wait for the show's return later this month. (And Chris and Jessica realize that they misheard what Vanya said about Dorota, but you have to understand, they have old-fashioned TVs, and everyone knows it's impossible to hear asides when they're not in HD.)

Special note. We'd like to take this time to congratulate the lovely miss Julie Stone for being the first Daily Intel commenter to appear in an episode of The Greatest Show of Our Time as a member of Poppy's entourage. Bravo!

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are getting married again

NICOYA PENINSULA, Costa Rica -- Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are getting married again - this time, in the Nicoya Peninsula region of Costa Rica, where the Brazilian beauty owns a home.

The couple was first married in a very private ceremony February 26 at St. Monica Catholic Church in Los Angeles, but the supercouple are now reportedly ready to tie the knot again in a more festive ceremony.

Friends and loved ones of the New England Patriots quarterback and his supermodel ladylove were partying for the rehearsal dinner last night at the picturesque Milarepa hotel, according to People.

Like their nuptials in LA, last night's rehearsal dinner was also for a small gathering of people - just 25, People reported.

"They are a fun group," a source told the mag. "They seem so easygoing and laidback... a lot of fun. They're cool people."

The guests dined on octopus and tempura fish and salad with blue cheese. To drink, the partygoers had sparkling water and mojitos.

According to one Access staffer who has visited the hotel several times, the scenery at the beachfront property is, "heavenly... and completely hidden away off of an old dirt road which is the main thoroughfare for the small town of Santa Teresa. It's one of the cutest hotels I've ever been to in my life."
