New Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee Metallica will perform Sept. 17 at Conseco Fieldhouse.Band members James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo are on tour to promote their "Death Magnetic" album.

Metallica hasn't played locally since a 2004 show at Conseco.
Tickets for the upcoming date, priced at $71.50 and $51.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.
In other concert news, tickets for a previously announced Toby Keith appearance go on sale at 10 a.m. Saturday.
Country star Keith and supporting act Trace Adkins will perform June 20 at Verizon Wireless Music Center. Admission prices have yet to be announced.
